Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation facility for the product. Only exchange is applicable only when there is any manufacturing defect.

Return Policy

There is no Return facility for the product. Only exchange is applicable only when there is any manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All types of goods are exempted from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

All items are non-returnable, only exchange policy is implied where exchange will be valid till 30 days of purchase.

In case Goods are purchased from Physical store, then goods shall be applicable for exchange only at physical store provided there is any manufacturing defect. In that case, to complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if purchased from us.

As described, no partial refunds will be granted for any product. 

Non Refundable Condition

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 

As mentioned, refunds will not be applicable, only exchange will be there. 

For exchange, once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchangeable item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the item will be exchanged at the store if purchased from the store.

In case of online purchase, your exchanged item will be delivered to you online for which shipping charges will be bearable by you.

Late or missing refunds

As mentioned, refunds will not be applicable, only exchange will be there. 

If you are late to return item for 30 days, then exchange will not be applicable.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of exchange shipping will be added to your purchase..

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a large or valuable item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.

Our Exclusive Refund Policy

Terms & Conditions:

1. Tools Bharat (Kansa Tools & Hardware Private Limited) are entitled to purchase the Components listed above from the supplier or any group company of the supplier according to the terms of the Pricing Contract.

2. 100% Payment of the total Price to the vendor will be Paid on the 30th day via NEFT/RTGS.

3. Material supplied shall be of good quality and match with agreed specifications

4. Defective Goods should be replaced by vendor at their cost

5. Test certificates (if any) should be provided along with the supply of the materials

6. We are not responsible for theft or damage in the course of transit.

7. No increase in price will become effective unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Company.

8. If any rejection found at customer line/ warranty due to part problem, the debit amount from the customer (Warranty cost of product plus any penalty by customer) will be debited to the supplier.
